How we got here
Corp USA — Utah
The business was acquired in Utah, where the bulk of our earliest customers — attorneys, CPAs and formation services — were based.
Empire Corporate Kits of America — Southern Florida
We then acquired Empire Corporate Kits of America out of the Miami area, along with its long-standing domain, corporatekits.com.
One company, nationwide
Both catalogs, both customer bases and both reputations now run through a single operation shipping from New Smyrna Beach, Florida to all 50 states.

Yes — same company, same people, same product line. Empire Corporate Kits of America was acquired and merged into Corp USA, and corporatekits.com now serves the Corp USA catalog.
Where did the old Empire store go?
The previous online store was retired. Everything Empire sold — corporate and LLC kits, custom embossing seals, stock and membership certificates, estate planners — is available here, made by the same plant.
Can I still reorder my certificates in sequence?
Yes. Create or sign in to a free account and our Certificate Memory feature remembers your entity details and the last certificate number you ordered, so your next batch continues perfectly in sequence.
Do my past Empire orders still exist?

Has anything changed about pricing or shipping?
Same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:00pm EST on weekdays, via FedEx from our New Smyrna Beach, Florida facility. Because every kit is customized, all sales are final.
